Cato

Cato precision parts adopt 316L and 17-4PH stainless steel, processed by professional MIM forming and PVD coating for mobile and tablet components. MIM one-step forming accurately manufactures ultra-thin, micro and complex-shaped metal structures with stable dimensional accuracy and high sintered density, avoiding splicing deformation and material waste of traditional machining.

316L delivers smooth surface and excellent corrosion resistance for exterior decorative parts, while heat-treated 17-4PH provides high strength and hardness for structural and load-bearing parts. After precise deburring and surface finishing, all components are finished with uniform ultra-thin PVD hard coating, improving scratch resistance and surface texture without affecting assembly tolerance.
