MIM one-step molding forms intricate curved buckle structures with high sintered density and tight dimensional tolerance, removing splicing defects generated by conventional machining.

304 blanks go through fine polishing after sintering to deliver mirror-smooth base surfaces with reliable corrosion resistance for skin-contact wearable components.

After precise deburring and surface finishing, uniform ultra-thin PVD hard coating covers all micro edges, then an AF anti-fingerprint film is overlaid to boost scratch resistance, stain repellency and decorative texture without affecting assembly clearances.
