MIM one-step forming produces delicate thin-walled circular profiles with high sintered density and tight dimensional tolerance, eliminating splicing defects from traditional machining.

Sintered 316L blanks undergo fine polishing to create smooth uniform substrates with superior corrosion resistance, suitable for wearable exterior parts contacting skin.

Workpieces go through precise deburring and surface finishing first; all tiny edges and grooves are covered with even ultra-thin PVD hard coating, then coated with AF film to enhance scratch resistance and anti-fingerprint performance without affecting assembly clearances.
