TWS Buttons are manufactured from 316L stainless steel via MIM molding, precision polishing, passivation and PVD coating for audio equipment.

MIM one-step forming fabricates tiny, streamlined button structures with high sintered density and tight dimensional tolerance, eliminating splicing defects from traditional machining.

Sintered 316L blanks receive fine polishing to form smooth uniform substrates, followed by passivation to form dense anti-rust film and further boost corrosion resistance for frequently touched audio parts.

After precise deburring and surface leveling, uniform ultra-thin PVD hard coating covers all miniature edges, improving scratch resistance and decorative texture without interfering with assembly clearances.
