Decorative Component

Decorative Components are manufactured from 316L stainless steel via MIM molding, precision polishing, passivation and PVD coating for audio equipment.

MIM one-step forming produces intricate miniature decorative profiles with high sintered density and tight dimensional tolerance, avoiding splicing flaws from conventional machining.

Sintered 316L blanks go through fine polishing to obtain smooth consistent substrates, followed by passivation to form dense anti-rust film and reinforce corrosion resistance for audio exterior ornaments.

After precise deburring and surface finishing, uniform ultra-thin PVD hard coating covers all tiny edges and curved surfaces, enhancing scratch resistance and decorative gloss without affecting assembly clearances.
