MIM one-step forming fabricates complex curved buckle structures with high sintered density and stable dimensional accuracy, avoiding splicing defects from traditional machining.
Sintered 304 workpieces are finely polished to form smooth base surfaces with excellent corrosion resistance, ideal for wearable parts in direct skin contact.
Precision deburring and surface leveling are carried out first; uniform ultra-thin PVD hard coating covers all tiny edges, followed by AF coating to strengthen scratch resistance and fingerprint repellency, without interfering with assembly tolerances.
