MIM integrated molding forms complex load-bearing hook structures with high sintered density and stable dimensional accuracy, cutting material waste and assembly gaps from conventional machining.

Sintered 17-4PH workpieces gain high tensile strength and hardness after aging hardening, then fine polishing to smooth the substrate, ideal for automotive heavy-load connecting components.

After precise deburring and surface trimming, uniform sandblasting creates consistent matte texture on all curved surfaces, improving wear resistance while maintaining stable assembly tolerances.
